• Do I need a ChatGPT Plus subscription? No. You need just an OpenAI API key. You can get this for free at: https://platform.openai.com/api-keys

• How much does it cost per screenshot? This varies depending on the length of the output HTML and the size of the screenshot. But in general you should expect each screenshot to cost you less than 1 cent($0.01).

• How does this work? Screen Source is an entirely local app and uses the OpenAI API. Your OpenAI API key is stored locally on your computer. Both your OpenAI API key and screenshots are sent directly to OpenAI and never goes through Screen Source servers.
